You're driven, athletic and love a real challenge. You're looking for training that consistently pushes you, lets you discover new limits and stays technically precise — not just mindless exertion.
What to expect
- High-intensity training formats (HIIT, AMRAP, strength blocks)
- Heavy compound exercises with progressive loading
- Athletic training: jump power, explosive strength, plyometrics
- Conditioning and endurance blocks for maximum capacity
- Technical refinement for demanding movements
- Clear, honest feedback at a high level
How a session works
Warm-up (10 min): Full activation, targeted mobilisation, movement preparation.
Main session (30 min): Rotating demanding blocks — strength, conditioning, athleticism. You learn to access your maximum in a controlled way.
Cool down (5 min): Structured recovery, mobility, breathing.
Requirements
At least one year of regular training or comparable athletic experience. You should be able to perform common foundational movements such as squats, push-ups and deadlifts with confidence. Any questions — get in touch and we'll clarify in a preliminary chat whether you're ready.
