Fitness for Mamas
Functional training for women who want to rebuild strength, stability and energy after having children — without pressure, with real results.
Who is this course for?
You're a mum — maybe newly, maybe with older children. Your body has been through a lot, and your everyday life demands a great deal. You want to feel strong again, without having to choose between family and fitness.
Important: This is not a classic postnatal recovery class — it's functional training for your long-term everyday life, with special focus on pelvic floor, core stability and posture.
What to expect in the course
- Functional full-body training adapted to mamas' bodies
- Targeted exercises for pelvic floor, core and posture
- Strength building for everyday movements (carrying, lifting, bending)
- Mobility work for shoulders, back and hips
- Small groups with individual coaching
- Connection with women who understand your daily life
How a session works
Warm-up (10 min): Gentle mobility, breathing, arriving in your body.
Main session (30 min): Functional strength and stability exercises in circuits or stations — varied, clearly explained, individually adapted.
Cool down (5 min): Stretching, breathing, arriving — before you return to your day.
Requirements
No prior experience needed. If you're joining after a recent birth, I recommend completing postnatal recovery first, or a short preliminary chat with me. We'll find the right timing together.
