Who is this course for?
You haven't exercised for a long time — or perhaps never regularly. Maybe you've felt nervous about walking into a gym, or not seen yourself in loud fitness classes. Here, you start in a warm, motivating environment, at your own pace.

How a session works
Warm-up (10 min): Gentle mobilisation, breathing, settling into your body.
Main session (30 min): Foundation exercises with bodyweight and simple equipment. We repeat movements enough times that you truly internalise them.
Cool down (5 min): Stretching, breathing, carrying the good feeling with you.
Requirements
None. Really none. You don't need any special fitness level or athletic experience — just the willingness to start something new for yourself.
