Protecting your personal data matters to me. This privacy policy explains which data I collect on this website, how I use it, and what rights you have.

2. Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is only collected if you provide it voluntarily — for example as part of a registration or contact request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

Registration form

When you sign up for a course, the following data is collected: first name, last name, email address and the desired course. This data is used solely to process your registration and to administer the course.

User account ("My Area")

If you create a user account, your email address, first name, last name and optionally your phone number are stored. The data is hosted via Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North, Singapore) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing me.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to process your registration or enquiry and for course administration and communication with you. It is not passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for contract performance or required by law.

4. Storage period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by legal retention periods (e.g. tax retention periods of 10 years).

5. Cookies and consent

This website only sets technically necessary cookies and — with your explicit consent — cookies for advertising and conversion tracking (see section 6). For registration and "My Area" a session cookie from Supabase is set, which becomes invalid after logout or when the browser is closed.

On your first visit a cookie banner appears in which you can accept or reject advertising cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the link in the footer.

6. Google Ads & conversion tracking

This website uses — only with your consent — Google Ads including conversion tracking, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). It lets me measure whether visitors reached the site via one of my Google ads and completed an action there, such as a course registration.

If consent is active, Google sets cookies in your browser (typically _gcl_*) and processes pseudonymised usage data such as IP address, device information and visited pages. Via Google's Consent Mode v2 this data is only collected after you click "Accept".

Personal data may also be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by choosing "Reject" in the banner or by changing your choice via the Cookie settings link in the footer.

7. Server logs

When the website is accessed, the host (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) automatically stores data in server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, time). This data is used solely to ensure operation and is anonymised or deleted after a short period.

8. External fonts (Google Fonts)

This website embeds fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page is loaded, a connection to Google's servers is established and your IP address may be transmitted. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

9. Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)

You have the right at any time to:

• Correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
