Hi, I'm Miriam.
Certified fitness coach, mum, adventurer — and someone who has experienced first-hand that true strength goes far beyond the gym.
Sport has always been part of my life — a source of energy, clarity, and joy. After completing my Master of Arts in Sales & Marketing, I took the step that felt truest to me: becoming a certified fitness coach in 2021.
Since becoming a mum in 2022, I understand even better what women need — training that fits real life, not the other way around. I coach in small groups, personally and with genuine care for every single person.
Strength & Passion
Movement has always been my answer — to stress, to doubt, to everything life throws at me. I've run marathons, trained in all weathers, and discovered through sport who I truly am.
That's why I coach the way I do: not just with exercises, but with the conviction that every woman carries extraordinary potential. My job is to help you find it.
Wanderlust & Freedom
My biggest teacher has been the world itself. South America, Patagonia, the Inca Trail, the Atacama — these places have taught me that real strength isn't about muscle. It's about showing up, even when it's hard.
These experiences flow directly into my coaching: the belief that growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone — and that it's always worth it.
Arriving & Being
Being a mum has completely reframed what matters. Today I know: true strength includes stillness. The walks in the forest, the quiet moments, the time with my daughter — this is where I recharge.
I bring this understanding into every session: training that energises rather than exhausts, that fits into your life and leaves you feeling truly good.

Progression
Real development takes time. I guide you step by step, without shortcuts and without pressure.
Joy
Training should feel good. Not just afterwards — during too. Movement is one of life's greatest gifts.
